Starbella Strata Hand Chained Scarf

Premier® Starbella® StrataTM  is like no other ruffling yarn you've seen. Strata is actually a pre-knit tube that can be pulled and stretched to make a cowl. It can also be knitted or crocheted like any ruffling yarn. Today we will be hand-chaining it to make a beautiful scarf. So easy!
